分享3個令人遺憾但真實的故事…

大統華,大家庭。仔細一算,除了自己家人外,每天真的是與身邊一起工作的同事在一起的時間最多了。大統華真是像第二個家一樣存在,而且是一個擁有很多家人的大家庭。


家有家規,大統華也有大統華的文化。我們文化的第一天條,就是「誠實正直」。既然我們都是這個大家庭中的一員,相信大家都將誠實正直這四個字謹記於心,並身體力行著。


但是很遺憾,最近我們有3個家人,違背了家規,與我們的文化背道而馳。家人之間無秘密,今天我們願意把最近發生的這3個故事分享給大家,無論你認不認識他們,都希望你不要學他們。



故事1

A員工利用自己在肉部上班之便,買肉虛假稱重以1折打價。付款時被收銀同事發現重量和價格明顯偏低,A員工說是自己不小心稱錯打錯價格了,說是要回肉部去重新稱重打價。誰知他不但沒回去重新處理,反而在45分鐘後想不付款就直接離開,終於被保安大哥攔下。






故事2

B員工在菜部上班上貨時,拿了海鮮與蔬菜暗藏在推車下,之後再裝入袋中貼上綠色已付款貼紙,離場時想只跟收銀同事要塑膠袋,不付款就將東西帶走。









故事3


季度結算時,某部門主管發現第三季度業績已達標,因此在已收貨的情況下,未將供應商在第三季度期間提供的發票及時輸入系統,而是留到了第四季度再入帳。





真的很遺憾,在我們身邊一起工作的家人,竟然做出了這樣讓人失望的事。更讓人難過的是,A員工事後表示自己已準備回國發展,所以對自己不好的行為並不在乎;B員工則是坦承想欺騙收銀員蒙混過關。分店已按照員工行為準則,將這兩件事報案,希望在法律面前,他們能有機會反省自己。


我們每天都要和許多人打交道,有同事,有顧客,有廠商──尤其是還有我們自己。誠實正直,是我們立身行事的基礎,一旦失去就很難再擁有。所以我們的行為,必須合乎道德、法律、專業,不偷竊,不做假。希望像這樣讓人遺憾的事,今後都不要再發生,讓我們一起在大統華這個大家庭裡,樂在工作,開心生活,健康成長!加油喔!




 

The sharing of three sad but true stories….


Big T&T, Big family. In our daily lives, beside our family, we spend most of our time with our colleagues. T&T is just like our second home, a big family that comes with a lot of family members.



Each family has their own rules and T&T also has the T&T’s culture. “Uphold Integrity” is the first iron rule of the T&T winning culture. Being part of this big family, we have to remember and practice what one preaches.


Sadly, we have three members violated the rule and ran counter to our culture. As there should be no secret between family members, we would like to share the recent incidents with you. Please do not imitate their behaviors.


Story A

Staff A was taking advantage of working in the meat department by buying meat with false weigh and came up with a 90% off price. While he was paying, the cashier found out that both weight and price are relatively low. Staff A said he made a mistake in the weight and he will re-weigh the meat for the right price. Instead he did not correct the price and he wanted to leave after 45 minutes without paying and was stopped by our security guard.



Story B


While Staff B was doing replenishment in the produce department, he hid some seafood and vegetables in the bottom of the cart. After that, he packed them up and put the stolen green “Paid” stickers on the plastic bag. When he was leaving, he only asked the cashier for plastic bags and did not pay for those items. 



Story C


At the quarterly settlement, a department head found that the third quarter result has been met. Therefore, he did not promptly enter the suppliers’ invoices for the third quarter and hold on to them for the fourth quarter.




What a shame! It is disappointing that our family members did such acts. It is even sadder to know that staff A does not care about his fault because he is going back to China for development. For staff B, he admitted that he cheated cashiers that he had paid, but actually he did not pay. Our stores handled the two incidents according to the employee code of conduct and reported to the police. Hope that they will have the opportunity to reflect on themselves under the law.


Every day, we are dealing with many people, our colleagues, customers, suppliers --- especially ourselves. “Uphold Integrity” is the foundation of our actions, once we lose it, it is hard to retain. Therefore, our behavior must be ethical, legal and professional, also no stealing and falsification. Hope this kind of disappointing incidents will not happen again. Let us build a work-life happy atmosphere in the “Big T&T, Big family”! Keep it up!
