親愛的夥伴們，

馬上大年除夕，闔家圍爐辭歲，在這歡慶吉祥龍年到來的時刻，我要向每一位好夥伴和親愛的家人，送上最溫馨的祝福，祝大家在新的一年，快樂、健康、幸福、富足！

龍騰四海，龍年象徵著成長、進步和豐收！而我們飛龍在天，正滿懷信心擁抱許多新機遇。就像我在上一期通訊中提到的，公司2024年的目標是實現持續成長，這就意味著，對每一位優秀的好夥伴來說，都會有許多機會等待著大家！

而當公司在美國和加拿大不斷擴展的同時，最重要的也是像大家這樣優秀的好夥伴！每個人都具備專業技能、奉獻精神和寶貴經驗，這些將是我們成功的關鍵。

我最近看到一個統計數據，說女生比較缺乏勇氣，只有在她們相信自己幾乎100%能勝任的情況下才敢去爭取新工作。而男生則不同，只要覺得自己符合60%的要求就會去爭取。結果是，爭取新工作，女生比男生少了五分之一。

而我要講的，倒不是這統計數據說的性別差異，而是它提醒了我們一個很重要的觀點，那就是，不管是男生還是女生，大家都應勇敢抓住機遇，勇於向公司表明你想要向上成長 — 特別是當公司正需要像你這樣的優秀人才時。

千萬不要猶豫想等待更好的機會，或懷疑自己的能力裹足不前。如果看到公司裡有一個符合自己願望的機會，就應毫不猶豫地去爭取！對於那些有心成長的好夥伴，我很高興地告訴大家，公司在2024年的頭等大事，就是在美國擴展。我們已經組建了第一支美國開店團隊，但這只是個開始，未來還需要有更多的團隊。公司正在積極尋找擁有創業精神和熱情的部門主管和店長，來幫忙一起推動美國業務。如果你渴望與公司一起成長，我鼓勵你馬上與你的店長或人力資源代表，坦率表明你的意願！

Celebrating Lunar New Year, a year of growth, progress, and abundance

Dear Team,

As we welcome the auspicious year of the Dragon, I want to extend my warmest wishes to you and your families for a joyous Lunar New Year! May this festive season bring you and your loved ones good health, happiness, and prosperity.

In the spirit of the Wood Dragon year, believed to foster growth, progress, and abundance, I find it fitting that we are embracing so many opportunities as a company. As I mentioned in the previous newsletter, our goals in 2024 focus on growth, which also means numerous opportunities for each member of our talented team.

As we expand in the US and Canada, the most important piece is you – our talent. Each of you bring skills, dedication, and valuable experience that are vital to our success.

I recently heard a statistic that women often refrain from applying for a job unless they believe they possess almost 100% of the required skills on a job description. On the other hand, men may apply even if they only meet 60% of the criteria. The result is that women apply for 20% fewer jobs than men, despite similar job search behaviours.

This statistic is about differences in gender, but I think it highlights an important takeaway for all of us – let’s seize opportunities! Be bold, and signal to the company that you want to move up and grow – the company is looking for people exactly like you.

Let’s not cut ourselves short by waiting for the perfect moment or doubting our abilities. If we see an opportunity that aligns with our aspirations, we should go for it. For those seeking growth, I’m thrilled to share that our company’s #1 priority in 2024 is our expansion in the United States. We have already secured our first US store opening team, but there is so much more to come. We are actively searching for entrepreneurial and passionate Department Heads and Store Managers to help drive the US venture. If you are eager to grow with us, I encourage you to speak to your store manager or your Human Resources Advisor.

This is your chance to be part of a groundbreaking initiative that will shape the future of our company. Let’s embrace the spirit of the Year of the Dragon and seize the opportunity!
