勇於承擔 互助合作


在春節前後,天還沒亮就可以看到一位員工在廚房努力工作的身影,他就是WY店親切的燒臘師傅——楊師傅。


在那段最繁忙的時間裡,每天都會看到他一頭汗水,衣服濕濕的。由於過年,訂單量增加,令他每天都必須加班。然而,他仍是面帶微笑地工作,還關心部門業績,經常詢問主管,主動和主管討論改善方案。主管擔心他的健康,讓他回去休息,他卻考慮到部門人手緊張,主動要求幫忙。一有時間,他更會認真清潔,保持工作場所乾淨衞生,眼裡總是只有幹活。

作為一名資深員工,楊師傅在廚房主動協助別的崗位,起了帶頭作用。他不怕苦、不怕累,工作總是帶頭幹,從不計較個人得失,也從來不抱怨。因此,他的工作在質量和速度上都有保證。除了按時完成領導安排的相關工作,他還主動協助其他同事,想著怎樣配合團隊。這種強大的實幹精神,在日常工作自然地讓大家團結一致。楊師傅,你真是大家學習的好榜樣!

草莓的故事


最近幾個月,店裏的草莓受到了大家的歡迎,酸酸甜甜,味道很好,不管是顧客還是員工,買的人也很多。


可是,收銀員在結賬時,卻發生了一件怪事,怎麽有的草莓盒子裝得這麽滿?草莓都快從盒子裏面溢出來了,甚至連盒蓋都蓋不上了,而購買草莓的是我們店裏蔬果部的員工。警覺的收銀員因此即時報告了分店管理人員,經過跟進瞭解,發現員工在工作時,自己往草莓盒子裏多加了幾顆草莓,然後把這“胖盒子草莓”預留給自己購買。


而且,這樣的“草莓的故事”,還不止在一家分店上演。


非常無奈是嗎?看似幾顆草莓的差別,其實涉及到的是預留商品和誠實正直的問題,不可接受,不容忽視!道理大家都懂,希望大家在實際工作中不要犯糊塗、做錯事,小小草莓或其他什麽東西,實在不值得賠上自己的名譽啊!

Be accountable and help one another

Around Chinese New Year period, you could see someone working tirelessly in the kitchen every morning before dawn. He is none other than our Chinese BBQ Chef, known to everyone as Chef Yeung.


During the busiest time of the year, there is always full of sweat on his shirt and forehead. Due to the increased orders for Chinese New Year, he has to work overtime every single day. Yet he continues to work hard with a smile and concern about his department’s performance. He always discusses with the Department Head and strive for improvement. Worried about his health condition, his Department Head told him to rest at home. However, knowing the department is short-staffed, he instead asked if he could help. And whenever he has a moment, he would spend time cleaning to maintain a hygienic workplace.

As a senior staff, Chef Yeung has taken the lead by offering to assist others in different positions in the kitchen. He is never tired and won’t care about personal losses or gains. He works wholehearted without any complains. Therefore, his work is guaranteed in both quality and efficiency. Besides completing all assigned tasks timely, he also tries to work with the team and actively helps others. This spirit very naturally brings his team together in their day-to-day work. Chef Yeung, you are truly our role model!

The strawberry story


Strawberries have been a popular item in stores in recent months. Both customers and employees have been purchasing lots of strawberries as no one could resist this sweet and tangy flavor.


However, something strange happened at the cashiers. How come the box of strawberries was filled so full to the point where strawberries were spilling out and the box couldn’t even close properly? This box of strawberries was purchased by a Produce staff. The cashier immediately notified store management. Following it up, they found that the staff had added more strawberries to the box at work and reserved this fattened up box of strawberries for himself/herself.


Moreover, this “strawberry incident” didn’t only happen at one store.


Is this frustrated? While it seems like it's only a few extra strawberries, it actually relates to merchandise reserving and integrity. It is unacceptable and unneglectable! Everyone understands this. We hope that none of you will make such mistakes. It is not worth tarnishing your reputation over a few strawberries or any other products!
