The bright sunlight pours through the glass, filling the store with a clean, vibrant energy. The diverse selection of products, paired with the lively festive atmosphere, captivates our customers, who eagerly explore the latest and most exciting items. Customers are content, leaving with full carts, and our cashiers, though busy, work with diligence and warmth. That is CT store, where I've proudly worked for the last 24 years in a role that I truly love.
In 2000, I was lucky enough to join the big T&T family, starting as a part-time cashier, and eventually becoming a Cashier Department trainer. During this time, I've tried my hand in accounting roles, obtained first aid certification, and received diverse job training, all of which reflects the company's focus on employee development and their values of proper talent utilization. At the same time, my dedicated colleagues and the store manager, who always led from the frontlines, provided full support, fostering a strong sense of belonging. We worked together to get through the busy workdays, enjoying the rewards of the team-building fund. These memories became my source of motivation.

The company stays ahead of the curve, seamlessly blending Eastern and Western influences while driving continuous innovation! Our stores have rapidly expanded across the country, creating countless job opportunities for our diverse community. The company has not only guided us in our ongoing growth and improvement but has also become our home. I take pride in my decision and am deeply grateful to every respected colleague. It is great to have T&T!
Be the best we can be

On our WY team, there's Zhao, an ordinary yet admirable employee. He's a regular general assistant, and while he may not stand out, he's like a warm ray of sunlight, quietly shining brightly on those around him, and selflessly contributing to the growth of the store.
Zhao takes completing his tasks seriously, and always willingly takes on more responsibilities. Anytime there's an issue with a shopping cart or basket, he is always the first to come forward to carefully inspect and repair them to ensure the equipment is in good condition, improving customers’ shopping experience. His proactive attitude in solving problems has ensured the smooth operation of the supermarket, and also earned unanimous praise from both customers and colleagues alike. He is a perfect example of professionalism and dedication.

In addition, Zhao always prioritizes the interests of the team. Whether it be daily tasks or a last minute assignment, he is always eager to help, making every member on the team feel his warmth and support. During the supermarket's holiday setup, he volunteered to help, using his creativity and actions to enrich the festive atmosphere. Through his actions, he demonstrates that regardless of your position, everyone can make meaningful contributions to the team and company.
Zhao's story tells us that even those in ordinary roles can shine with extraordinary brilliance. His strong work ethic and selfless contributions have made him the team's role model, and a living representation of the company's winning culture. Zhao is not only our shining star, but also the unsung hero in our hearts.

Do not commit any wrongdoing no matter how insignificant it may seem
Asset Protection Dept.
Last month, we received a customer's complaint saying that they paid with cash, but upon returning home, realized that the receipt says the payment was made with a T&T gift card. The customer thought it was strange, but assumed it was a printing error.
Afterwards, the Asset Protection Department investigated the matter and found out Cashier A had taken advantage of the "Spend $1,000, get $20" gift card promotion. Cashier A purchased a large number of gift cards and received the bonus gift cards in the process. Using their position as a cashier, they then used these gift cards to replace the cash paid by customers, effectively converting the gift cards into cash for personal profit.
Cashier A's behaviour of exploiting their position for personal gain is not only a breach of integrity, but more importantly, has seriously damaged customers' trust towards T&T. As the saying goes, "Do not commit even a small wrongdoing", no matter how small a breach of integrity may seem, it can damage the company's reputation and interests and do incredible harm to the company's culture of honesty and integrity.
Of course, any acts that violates integrity, no matter the amount involved, will result in disciplinary action, and in serious cases, may lead to dismissal and legal action. Let this be a reminder to all of us, let's work together to foster a culture of honesty and integrity, and protect the company's reputation!
