一年一度的大統華運動日在一片歡聲笑語中圓滿落幕。今年的活動特別精彩，就讓我們一起來回顧一下吧！
2018大統華杯
打頭陣的是我們卡加里兩間分店！在5月份的時候，舉辦了乒乓球、羽毛球及排球比賽，CA店和HH店的同仁都竭盡全力比賽，務求為自己分店增光。最後由 CA店勝出羽毛球賽及排球賽，HH店贏了乒乓球賽。
接著，由東岸8家分店在 7月 17日繼續精彩的賽事。東岸比賽於Markham Pan Am Centre萬錦泛美運動中心舉行，比賽當天早上先有羽毛球初賽及決賽和籃球初賽，現場各支隊伍都展現無盡活力，最後由ESC贏得羽毛球比賽冠軍，OW店獲得亞軍及WS店獲得季軍。
下午的籃球決賽賽事更為激烈，黑馬 CP 店殺入四強，並獲得季軍。至於冠軍賽更是去年的翻版，由 UV 對決 ESC，最終由UV奪得本屆冠軍，ESC獲得亞軍。
今年新增保齡球比賽，各隊實力強勁，由其是 Sushi Outlet隊，他們最終4名隊員以平均200分順利勝出比賽獲得冠軍，亞軍為 ESC 隊，而季軍則由WB隊獲得。
今年的壓軸賽事於 7月18日在溫哥華舉行，今年BC的比賽有別於往年，我們除了舉辦了羽毛球比賽外，更搭上世界杯的熱潮，首次嘗試了時下流行的泡泡足球。
在羽毛球比賽中，我們看到不同年紀的選手施展渾身解數，努力拼搏至最後一刻，現場觀看比賽的同仁更是加油打氣聲不斷，全場沸騰。最後由RA店獲得冠軍，MT店及FA店共同獲得亞軍。
到了萬眾期待的泡泡足球比賽，各隊參賽者要在烈日下穿上泡泡衣已經汗流浹背，但他們不畏艱苦，努力爭取入球的舉動令在場觀眾看得十分著緊。比賽最終由SC以6個入球贏得冠軍，CC店獲得亞軍。
隨著所有比賽結束，輸贏的界限因各隊的盡情投入而變得模糊，更重要的是大家參與其中，體會到運動和競技的樂趣，感受到團隊協作的力量，更彰顯了我們大統華的價值觀 - 樂在工作，開心生活！

Highlight of the T&T sports event
The 2018 Annual T&T sports day ended in summer. This year’s activities were exciting. Let us take a look of those moments!!
2018 T&T CUP
Our Calgary stores first took the lead and held the table tennis, badminton and volleyball competitions in May. In order to honor their own stores, both colleagues from CA store and HH store were doing their best. In the end, CA store won the badminton and volleyball competition and HH store was the champion of the ping pong match.
On July 17, the exciting event continued in the Markham Pan Am Centre and all 8 stores in the Eastern Region participated. The preliminary round of the basketball and all badminton matches were held in the morning. All teams were showing their vitality within matches. In the end, ESC won the badminton championship, OW store was the 1st runner up and WS got the 2nd runner up.
In the afternoon, the basketball matches
became more intense. The dark horse, CP store, reached the semi-final and won the third place. For the final, it was a match between UV and ESC. ESC ended with a second place and UV got the championship.
This year, Eastern Region also added the bowling matches. All the participating teams were strong, especially the Sushi Outlet team, they won the championship with the average score of 200. The ESC team got the 1st runner up and WB was the 2nd runner up.
Last but not least, we had the BC sport event on July 18th in Vancouver. As the world cup just ended, beside the badminton match, we also tried the popular “Bubble Soccer”.
In the badminton game, every participant showed one’s maximal effort till the very end, while a lot of colleagues were cheering to show their support. The result ending with RA store won the championship and both MT store and FA store got the second place.
The long awaited “Bubble Soccer” was held under the sun with all players wearing those “bubbly outfits”. Regardless of the mud and sweat, they tried their best to score. With 6 goals, SC got the championship, and CC store was the 1st runner up.
“There are more important things in life than winning or losing a game”, by Lionel Messi. This quote could apply to our T&T sports day which all our players are cherishing the fun of sports and team building. It is more likely to show our core value: Work-life happy!!
