5個月沒見Tina，大家有沒有很想她呢？
Tina回來啦！
她回來的第一句話就是：好想你們啊！

可能新來的同事還不太清楚，這5個月我們的CEO Tina去哪啦？
在過去5個月的產假裏, Tina表示非常感謝大家的辛苦工作和支持
使T&T始終穩定增長,也讓她有時間陪伴家人, 以及更好地規劃T&T的未來
時隔5個月
再和大家一起做Huddle的心情全然不同於之前
回首 2017年
因爲全國最低工資提高、支援中心職位調整、之後全國有3家新店要開等諸多因素，大家都倍感壓力，那時已經做好了2018年將會是艱難的一年這樣的心理準備。
再看2018年
每個月我們的財務報表都讓人欣喜，8月在BC省新開的LD旗艦店生意興隆、好評如潮。當時的焦慮與壓力一掃而光，現在的心情可以說是充滿信心，同時又非常雀躍的。
説到LD旗艦店
從開業至今，始終門庭若市
Tina晚上10點半去的時候
店内顧客依然很多
停車場也是滿滿的
我們非常自豪地邀請所有同事都去LD店體驗一下
可以說我們這家旗艦店是全加拿大最好的華人超市
不止是加拿大
就算說是全世界最好也不為過
因爲你很難在一家超市中買得到
來自全亞洲不同地區不同品牌的產品
而且集購物與餐廳為一體
Tina也簡單採訪了幾位同事
休假這段時間裏, 工作上有什麽不同的感受嗎？
好像...開會少了
感覺...時間多了
但是...肩上責任重了
還有...壓力也更大了
現在Tina回來了
希望可以幫助同事們承擔部分重擔
而將更多的時間留給大家

We haven’t seen Tina for 5 months!
Did everyone miss her?
Tina is BACK!
And the first thing she said was:
“I miss you guys so much!”
If you are new to T&T, you are probably not aware of this – where was Tina, our CEO, in the past 5 months?
Tina really appreciates everyone’s hard work and support during her 5-month maternity leave, so that T&T kept on growing steadily and she could enjoy her time with her family and envision better and greater future for T&T.
After 5 months
It feels completely different doing Huddle with everyone again.
Looking Back 2017
Last year, everyone felt the pressure from minimum wage increase, SC position adjustments, and opening 3 new stores nationwide. We were all prepared for 2018 to be a tough year.
During 2018
Our monthly financial reports have been very encouraging; and since the opening of the new LD flagship store in August, the store’s business has been booming and receiving tons of positive comments. Every last bit of the anxiety and pressure from the preparation are wiped away as we are filled with joyous hope and lively confidence.
Speaking of our LD flagship store, it is always filled with customers since the day it opened its doors. Even when Tina visited the store at 10:30 p.m., the parking lot was still jam-packed.
We proudly invite every colleague to come and experience our LD flagship store, it definitely is the best Chinese supermarket in Canada! Not even Canada, maybe in the whole world!
Because it is nearly impossible for you to find so many different brands, coming from different parts of Asia, all in one single store. At the same time, LD is also a trendy “grocerant” – a combination of grocery store and restaurant!
Tina also briefly interviewed a few colleagues:
“Have you notice any difference at work while I was away?”
Seemed like…we had less meetings
Felt like…we had more time on our hands
But…the responsibility became greater
Also…there was more stress
Now that Tina is back.
She’s hoping to share some of the workloads with our colleagues.
So that everyone could enjoy more of their own time.
