愛店如愛家,愛崗敬業人人誇


每每經過廚食部,就會被熱騰騰的燒臘抓住眼球,潔淨的燒臘櫃裡面是讓人流口水的燒臘,很多顧客都反映我們的燒臘產品越來越好,味道佳。最最重要的是我的帥哥師傅熱情週到的服務,讓顧客耳目一新,越來越紅火的燒臘生意就是我們這位優秀燒臘師傅的功勞,他就是帶著燒臘部門更上一層樓的Harvey Zhang。


在新的燒臘櫃出現在公眾視野時,Harvey師傅主動承擔了分店燒臘這個重要的崗位。在其他人請假和疫情最嚴重的時候,他從來沒有退縮過,勇於承擔責任,起早貪黑,對產品保質保量,生產和服務兩不誤,顧客都讚揚他的優秀!每每收檔的時候,他整個人都鑽到櫃子裡做清潔。每天下班後,燒臘櫃都好像新的一樣,乾淨明亮,不得不讓人稱讚。


在燒臘生意穩定的時候,他利用自己多年餐飲行業的經驗,主動向主管提出提高產品品質和工作效率的建議,在合理改良燒臘溫度後,產品的品質得到了顯著提高,並將燒臘的生意提高到一個新的高度。


Harvey師傅對工作認真負責的態度,深深地感染了每一個人,對分店就如自己家一樣地愛護,這樣的工作態度,值得每一個同事稱讚和學習!

互相尊重,維護和諧的工作環境


在工作場所中,同事間有時會產生小的摩擦,而如何處理這樣的矛盾,就需要大家相互理解尊重,保持良好的溝通。


最近分店發生了由小事演變成爭吵的事件。兩名員工在最初只是意見不合,但由於雙方都沒有控制好個人情緒,繼而升級為吵架收場。其中一人向主管投訴另一員工使用不雅語言,公司跟進了解之後,證實兩人均有使用不恰當的言語攻擊對方,因此,雙方都受到了處分。事情發生之後,兩名員工都十分後悔,自己不該賭一時之氣。


公司近日再次為所有員工安排了關於「工作場所尊重」的培訓,希望大家明白公司對任何形式的暴力行為(包括肢體暴力、言語侵犯、恐嚇或企圖進行身體攻擊的行爲),都是零容忍的。若發現員工有肢體或言語攻擊等行爲,將會受到紀律處分,最高包括解僱。


在工作中,同事間的矛盾每天都有可能發生,但這些小事往往可以通過良好的溝通而化解。大家要控制好個人情緒,不要不斷爭論而使矛盾升級。如遇到事情無法解決時,應儘快報告主管處理,以避免情況進一步惡化。一個和諧工作環境,有賴同事間互相尊重,共同維護。

Workplace Admiration

It’s caught my eyes that every time I passed by the BBQ section. The clean and spotless counter filled with delicious barbeque meats that I drool for. There have been much positive feedbacks of the overall improvement from our BBQ department. The most important factor of this improvement came from our barbeque chef Harvey Zhang who led along the team.


When the new BBQ counter has been shown to the public, Chef Harvey proactively showed his ownership to the department. When we were extremely short staff and during the worst time of the pandemic. Harvey has not back down and carried the responsibility to ensure the product quality, production and cleanliness are well met its standard.


When things have been steady and settling down. Harvey utilized his experience in the food industry by providing valuable suggestion to maximize the work effectiveness of the department. He made an important adjustment to the temperature of barbeque meat which has significantly improved the product quality and sales.


Chef Harvey is passionate about his work and his work ethic is the greatest influence on others. This is the perfect example of being a great role model.

Be respectful in workplace


In any of the work environment, it’s common to have conflicts between colleagues. The best way to handle the matter is by understanding, respecting each other and healthy communication.


An incident had happened in store which started from a small issue and escalating to a verbal argument. It started off with a different opinion between 2 employees. Both have not been able to control their emotions. One of the individuals has made a complain to the management which led on to a further investigation. It was confirmed that both employees were exchanging inappropriate language in such verbal argument. In result, company has taken discipline action on both employees which they were regret of their action.


Company has been taking the approach on reinforcing necessary training on “respectful workplace” to help everyone to understand that it’s zero tolerance on any sort of violence. Once discovered, discipline action will be taken including termination of employment.


Conflict can happen at any time, but it’s also avoidable by fulfilling the healthy communication. Control and maintain your emotions to avoid further escalation. You should consult with your superior immediately when issue arise. It’s everyone’s responsibility to maintain a peaceful workplace and respecting each other.
