零售逆行者


2020 年,對於在大統華已經工作十年的我來說,算是最有挑戰,最難忘的一年。


年初由於工作需要,我被調到了 ED 分店。為了能儘快熟悉新的經營模式,加班加點成了我的家常便飯。每天工作中,都要走上萬步,因此常霸榜於微信步數榜首。面對部門業績不佳,我和大家努力創新,大膽實踐,開展了豐富多樣的商品促銷活動。很快,我對部門各類商品的價格、數量、品質做到了有效掌控,部門損耗逐漸降低,新鮮度也有所提升。

我本應更多地去照顧新生的孩子和妻子。妻子因產後大出血,身體很虛弱,但是我毅然決然地選擇了堅守工作崗位。因為我知道還有一群奮戰在抗疫第一線的隊友們在等待著我,大統華這個大家庭更需要我。


我每日帶著對家人的思念和擔憂堅持工作著,只希望疫情早日結束,可以休個長假好好陪伴家人。疫情當前,我們逆行而上,捨小家,為大家,切實踐行著【專業盡全力】的大統華價值觀。

患難見真情


疫情從今年 2 月份開始一直持續到現在,對超市零售服務行業的每一位員工都是極大挑戰。但是在大統華,保護員工,保護顧客,安全第一,我們真的有做到。


收銀部門作爲超市的最前線,確保員工和顧客的健康安全顯得尤爲重要。OP 分店的 Charlene 作爲收銀部門副主管,不管是在疫情初期,還是現在,她都一直堅守在最前線,努力為員工和顧客創造一個安全的工作以及購物環境。

疫情初期,收銀櫃檯還尚未安裝玻璃隔板,Charlene 就向店長詢問,收銀員是否可以在上班期間佩戴有大統華標誌的帽子以及防護眼鏡,減少員工被飛沫傳染的機會。公司各種防護措施正式出臺後, Charlene 更是第一時間嚴格執行。上班期間,她認真清潔購物車、購物籃、刷卡機等一切員工以及顧客經常接觸的地方。圓形綠色貼紙到店時,Charlene 更是親自張貼,邊做邊改,嚴格執行安全社交距離,盡力保證員工與顧客的健康安全。


疫情狀況越來越嚴峻,作爲服務在最前線的工作人員,我們更加盡力保護自己,保護顧客。各部門【互助合作】,一起努力戰勝疫情。

請保持耐心與禮貌


疫情期間,我們做足所有安全措施,來保護我們的員工與客人。分店賣場的熟食選購區域變爲單向通道,避免大家面對面的近距離接觸。


一名顧客在進入熟食選購通道時,謹慎的拿出手套準備戴起來再去選購熱食。有一位員工排在這名顧客身後要買員工餐,他看到客人正在戴手套,很不耐煩,於是從客人身側擠進通道,客人嚇了一跳,問員工爲什麽要插隊?員工卻大聲和客人吵起來。


發生這樣的事情真不應該,每個人都要尊重先來後到的秩序,這是基本的禮儀,因自己插隊而跟客人爭吵更是毫無道理。特殊時期,有很多新的安全措施,請大家保持耐心與禮貌,前面的客人可能要擠一點洗手液、可能想戴一下手套,請多等幾秒鐘,讓對方完成這個動作,因爲這不但是保護自己、也是保護他人。

The Adversity of Retails

To a person who has been working in T&T for 10 years, 2020 is the most challenging and unforgettable one.


Due to working requirement, I got relocated to the ED Store. In order to get familiar to the new operational model as soon as possible, I worked overtime more often. In my daily routine, I have to walk thousands of steps, which I am always on the top of the WeChat walk count. While the Dept. sales was not good enough, my team and I worked hard to make innovation and developed more varieties of promotion campaigns. In a short time, I got better understanding of the price, quantity and quality of different products, which greatly decreased the shrinkage rate and increased the freshness of our products.

In fact, I should spend more time taking care of my wife and child, because my wife experienced postpartum hemorrhage and was in a weak condition. However, I decided to stay at my position, and I know I have a group of teammates waiting for me and T&T needs me.


I’m now working hard daily and wishing the pandemic can end soon. Then I can take a long vacation to stay with my family. During this outbreak, we can only sacrifice our small family for our big family and swim against the current. This is how I presented our values “Be the Best We can be” through my work in T&T.

A Friend in Need is a Friend indeed


The pandemic began in February and it is still going on. It became a big challenge to the retailers. In T&T, the safety of customers and employees is the top priority and the company does everything to keep us safe.


Being the forefront of our supermarket, ensuring our employees and customers are safe is critical to our Cashier Department. Charlene is the Assistant Department Head of the Cashier Department of the Park Royal store; she has always been staying in her position since the early stage of the pandemic and strives to create a safe environment for employees and customers.

In the beginning of the pandemic, the protection shield had not yet installed. Charlene asked the Store Manager about cashiers wearing T&T caps and goggles at work to reduce the chance of infection. The company introduced different safety measures and Charlene immediately enforced those measures. At works, she cleaned all the high touch points (i.e. card machine, shopping baskets and carts, etc.) thoroughly. Once the green floor decal arrived the store, Charlene installed them on her own and strictly enforced social distancing, in order to make sure the customers and employees are in a safe environment.


The pandemic situation is getting severe, as a frontline worker, we have to do our best to protect ourselves and our customers. We have to “Help One Another” and win the battle.

Please be Patient and Polite


During the pandemic, we have taken all safety measures to protect our employees and customers. To avoid close contact with others, we changed all the hot food aisle into a one-way traffic.


A customer got into the hot food aisle and put on her gloves cautiously before getting the hot food. A staff at the back was waiting to get the staff meal, when he saw the customers was putting on the gloves, he impatiently walked pass the customer and got into the aisle. That customer was shocked and asked why the staff jumped in line? And this staff started to argue with this customer.


This should not be happening. Everyone should respect the first come first served rule and this is the basic etiquette. It is even more non-acceptable to argue with customers because of one’s fault. In this critical moment, there are a lot of new safety measures, please be patient and polite. The customer in front may want to use hand sanitizer or put on gloves, please wait for a few seconds and let the other finish these steps. This is not only protecting oneself, but also the others.
