最近,東西兩岸都揭曉了年度最佳BU,在2018這個充滿挑戰和壓力的年度,讓我們一起來看看到底是哪些部門獲得了此項殊榮!

我們也有幸採訪到得獎部門負責人,看看他們都有哪些經驗和心得和大家分享吧。


東岸中央麵包部經理


東岸中央麵包部經理: Kelvin Wong

Kelvin Wong表示:”麵包部能有此成績除了要感謝所有部門給予的支持和幫助,還有三點經驗值得大家借鑒”。

1.促銷活動多元化

麵包部的促銷活動除了每年在傳統大節,中秋,新年,端午之外,還上線了很多麵包部獨有節日,如:蛋撻節,泡芙節,芒果節等,在這些節日中我們盡最大努力做到產品多元化,讓顧客有更多更好的選擇從而來全方位的體驗麵包部的產品。


2.開源節流

為提高生產效率,重新調整分店及中央廚房的生產分工及生產方案,確保產能最大化,成本最優化。


3.資源運用合理化

進一步優化產品生產流程,從接單生產改為預估生產,并合理運用外包生產策略,讓有限資源創造出最大收益。


東岸雜貨部經理


東岸雜貨部經理: Ken Liu

在東岸,雜貨部連續多年名列前茅,Ken也有三大竅門在這裡大公開!



1.良好的商品策略

商品千變萬化,如何讓琳瑯滿目的商品得到顧客的認可是一門非常深奧的學問,因此有一個良好的商品策略尤為重要。





2.團隊執行力

只有在高效的執行力配合下,制定的商品策略才能實施到位并達到最終目標。

3.和營運部默契的協作

如何讓優質的商品在店內以最好的方式呈現給顧客這是非常總要的一點,所以就需要營運部同事專業的協助,才能讓商品最終走向顧客。

2018年度里,Produce創造了7個百萬Sales商品,這歸功于以下三點:


1. 擴大進口, 聰明大包裝、有機商品、新商品齊上陣,有競爭力的價格,靈活的促銷策略,勇於競價。


2. 良好的供應商合作關係,為創造優良業績提供了有力保障。



3. 商品、運營密切配合,Shrinkage Control  and  Lean Operation等項目的穩步高效的推進,分店同仁們克服了人力、競爭等重重困難,挑戰了一个一个高點,創造了優異業績。



再次恭喜我們2018年度BU獲獎部門,希望2019年繼續保持,也期待2019年有更多“黑馬”殺出,讓我們拭目以待吧!

Recently, both East and West coast have announced the best BU of the year. This is a year full of challenge, let see which departments have the honor!

We are pleased to interview the award-winning departments heads for their experience sharing.

ER Bakery Department Manager

Kelvin Wong said: "For the great result, we would like to thank all departments for the support and help, also there are 3 points worth to share."






1. The Diversification of Promotional Activities

Beside the annual festivals, Mid-autumn Festival, New year and Dragon Boat Festival, we also launch a lot of unique festivals for our departments, such as Tart Festival, Puff Festival and Mango Festival, etc. for promotion. In those events, we put all our effort to diversify our products, so that our customers have better options to experience the bakery products in all aspects.


2. Reduce Cost and Increase Revenue

In order to improve the production efficiency, we re-adjusted the production division and production plan between branches and central kitchen to ensure maximum production capacity with optimal cost.

3. Rationalization of Resource Utilization

Further optimizing the production process, we changed from made to order to estimated production, with the use of outsourcing production strategies to maximize our benefits under limited resources.

Grocery Department has been in the best BU list of East Coast for many years, here are the 3 big tips from Ken.



1. Good Merchandising Strategy

Grocery products are ever-changing, and getting the customers ‘recognition out of thousands of products is a profound knowledge. That is why a good product strategy is very important.



2. Team execution

The product strategy can only be in place and reach the ultimate goal under effective execution.

3. Tacit cooperation with the operation department

It is critical to show our great products to our customers in the best way, which we need the professional assist from our operation team, in order to for our commodities to face our customers.

In 2018, produce department created 7 items with millions sales, all rely on the following 3 main points:


1. Expand imports, smart packaging, organic products, launch of multiple new products , competitive prices, flexible sales strategies, and the courage to bid.


2. Good suppliers’ cooperation provides a strong guarantee of excellent performance.


3. Both merchandise and operation are closely coordinated, as well as the Shrinkage Control and Lean Operation projects are progressing steadily and effectively. Our store colleagues overcame the difficulties of manpower and competition, challenged higher goals and created the excellent performance.

Congratulations again to our 2018 BU award-winning departments! Keep it up for the 2019 and hope there will be more dark horses advancing. Let’s looking forward to the 2019!
