有光澤的小石頭


阿吳來大統華工作三年有餘,剛來時在雜貨部。後來電商部成立,他自薦加入並負責管理運作。阿吳說:「我感觸最深的是,大統華有一批負責任的、對公司有感情的基層管理員工。我剛來的時候,有一天突然停電,我傻傻地站在那裡,不知如何應對。只見我的主任Ronny快速走到連接商場的門口,去疏導客人。我當時特別佩服這些老員工的素質,決心像他們一樣,有擔當,盡職守。」


阿吳還有親自給客人送貨的經歷。阿吳說:「其實那些是不應該發生的事情,當時我們打包發貨完畢,突然發現有一包東西遺漏在那裡,於是我打電話給客人解釋一下,就給他送去了。」這不就是勇於承擔的一種具體體現嗎?阿吳說當時也沒有想到那樣的一種高度,就是感到有責任去做好一件事情,讓客人得到一個好的購物體驗。

「金子在哪裡都會發光」,阿吳說,我們都是平凡的人,一個普通的、有光澤的小石頭,也能照亮別人。多麼樸素的語言。正是因為有了這樣一批有擔當的員工,我們的公司文化才能更好地傳承下去。

互相尊重 善待他人


如果你到超市想要買肉,對櫃台内的工作人員説了三次你好,然後對方大聲回答你:「我很忙,你等著!」


如果你在超市選購商品,工作人員推著手推車上貨撞到了你,對方沒説對不起,卻反而責怪你「怎麽站在這裏!」


請問你會是什麽心情?


這是最近發生在分店的顧客投訴。其實,我們只要換位思考,站在顧客的立場想一想,就能體會客人爲什麽要投訴了,也能明白員工因此受到紀律處分並不冤枉了。

我們沒有權利讓別人爲自己煩躁的心情買單,別人也沒有義務無緣無故承受我們負面的情緒和無禮的態度。「顧客至上」是公司價值觀的第一條,而互相尊重與善待別人,是我們每一個人能夠「樂在工作,開心生活」最起碼要做到的事情。

A stone that shines from its pureness.

Wu has worked in T&T for 3 years. He started off at Grocery Department. Later on, Fulfillment team was formed and he voluntarily to join the new department and responsible for his operational management. Wu said, “the most touching thing I learnt from T&T was having a group of colleagues who are willing to take on responsibility. When I first joined, there was a power shortage in store. I had no idea what was going on and before I can react. My Department Head Ronny was rapidly proceeded to the entrance connected to the mall for crowd control. Since then, I have decided to become one of them and to take on all necessary responsibility and accountability.”


Wu has also had a delivery experience. Wu said, “It was something that should never happened. I have finished packing and delivered the order, then I realized a bag was left behind. I quickly called the customer to explain. After that, I went off to the delivery without hesitation.” Isn’t it the best way to represent a responsibility? Wu said he didn’t think of anything but just wanted to complete the job and to ensure customer has received a great shopping experience.

Wu said, “Gold would shine wherever it goes” We are not someone special, but just being a shiny stone to help providing brightness to everyone. These group of people are the reason why our company is operating successfully. This must be a culture to be carried over.

Be kind and be respectful


Imagine when you are shopping at meat department in grocery store, you greet the worker three times and end up being shouted back at saying “I am busy, you can wait”

Imagine when you are shopping in grocery store, and you got hit by one of the workers with their cart. You then being questioned of why you are standing here instead of a simple apology.


How would you feel about that?


It has happened recently from one of the stores complain case. In fact, we are trying to put ourselves into others’ shoes, think from the customers’ perspective then you will understand why such complain case would arise. Such discipline action is taken on employee for a reason.


We do not deserve to be treated bad if a customer is just simply on a bad mood. However, customers are also not obligated to absorb our negativity for any reason. Customer comes first has always been our number one rule in company core value. It’s important to be kind and respectful to each other. This is the least we can ask for to enjoy a moment of happy work, happy life.
