所謂「店有東哥,如獲至寶」,就是收銀部唐廣東積極的態度和端正的品行,築起了這種口碑!


東哥總是認真清潔籃子,還積極把經驗傳授給新同事,時刻保持籃子的清潔高標準!他主動購買維護購物車的材料,及時將購物車打磨抛光刷油。他又親自設計掛鈎和伸長桿,使不用梯子也能輕鬆高掛節慶裝飾品,節省工作時間,體現大統華簡單高效的價值觀,也是專業盡全力的代表!

東哥更是個拾金不昧的好人。一位顧客將金戒指落在購物車區域,東哥撿到後立即交回服務台。當客人重獲自己寶貝的物品,又得知東哥拒絕感謝禮物時,對他的品德讚不絕口。這一舉一動,都為大統華奧羅拉分店樹立了良好的員工形象。


東哥是一個無所不能的人,修理氣球機、安裝材料、清理熱水爐、黏地毯……分店處處都有東哥的足跡,每一個部門都被他幫助過,每一位主管都稱讚他勤勞樸實,每一位員工都熱情的喊他東哥!

性騷擾,零容忍,不扭曲


最近碰到一對夫妻檔同事,老公在工程部,老婆在商品部,他們是在T&T結緣的。想想看,在這麼多人的公司裡互相找到愛情,真是太酷了。但在譜出戀曲之前,在公司一般男女同事互動,就要特別小心,不可越界,不然就可能變成性騷擾。


一般性騷擾,都是男生對女生(抱歉),所以我先跟男生說說。欣賞一位女生,沒毛病,公司本來就希望大家互相欣賞。但必須有分寸,要知道,就算只是口頭上的輕浮,都可能讓女生不舒服,更別說有意無意的肢體接觸了。公司對性騷擾是零容忍!零!


女生呢,如果有男生示好,妳當然高興被人欣賞,說不定又會成為另一對夫妻檔。但如果妳無感,或反感,就應該馬上明確回應,讓事情戛然而止。如果情況演變成糾纏,甚至是肢體接觸,妳完全有權利去人力資源部投訴,他們一定會幫到妳。


當然妳不應無限上綱。比如有男同事只是約妳共進晚餐,這不算性騷擾,妳可以說不。妳更不可扭曲誣陷,比如過去就發生過,一位女生捕風捉影投訴一位男同事,還辭職回頭控告在T&T上班時被性騷擾,想賺一點份外之財。汙衊了別人,還讓投訴扭曲,真是太不應該了。


我們是一家男女平權的公司,我自己就是女生,大家也看得到,公司裡男生女生很平均。公司有責任確保我們的工作場所是安全的。在T&T,我們「樂在工作,開心生活」,對性騷擾,零容忍!不扭曲!

Having Brother Dong at the store is like hitting the jackpot

"Having Brother Dong at the store is like hitting the jackpot." Cashier Department's Tang Guangdong has built this reputation simply through his positive attitude and upright character.

Brother Dong always cleans the baskets meticulously keeping them at a high standard of cleanliness, and never hesitates to pass on his experience to new colleagues. He took the initiative to purchase products to polish and maintain shopping carts. He also designed hooks and extensions rods so that festive decorations can be hung up easily without a ladder, embodying the values of simplicity and efficiency at T&T.

Brother Dong is a good person. When he found a gold ring left by a customer in the shopping cart area, he immediately brought it to the customer service counter. When that customer retrieved their ring and found out Brother Dong refused to accept a thank you gift, the customer praised him endlessly for his upright character. His actions have helped establish a great employee image for the Aurora store.


There is nothing that Brother Dong can't do, whether it be repairing the balloon machine, installing things, cleaning the water heater, installing the carpet... You can find his footprints everywhere. He has helped every department, received praise from all department heads, and warmly referred to by every employee as Brother Dong!

Zero Tolerance for Sexual Harassment.


Recently, I met a couple who are our colleagues, the husband is in Engineering while the wife is in Merchandising, and they got married at T&T. How cool it is to find love with each other in a company of so many people. However, before composing a love song, the interaction between male and female colleagues in the company must be very careful. Do not cross the line, or it may become sexual harassment.


Generally, sexual harassment is always from men to women (sorry), so I will talk to men first. It’s no problem to appreciate a woman, the company encouraged everyone to appreciate each other. But please be careful, knowing that even verbal frivolity may make woman uncomfortable, let alone intentional or unintentional physical contact. The company has Zero tolerance for sexual harassment! Zero!


To woman, should you be approached by a man, of course you are happy to be appreciated, and maybe two of you will become another T&T couple. But if you don't feel it, you should respond with a clear signal and make it stop immediately. If the situation turns into entanglement or even physical contact, you have every right to complain to the Human Resources, and they will certainly help you.


But in that moment, if someone approaches said ‘Hey, can I take you over dinner outside of work’ - does that equal sexual harassment? No, you can say no, that's a question and give an answer. Also, it should not be distorted, for example, it happened in the past, a woman complained a male colleague, she resigned and accuse her of being sexually harassed at T&T, just trying to make some extra money. It's really wrong to slander others and distort complaints.


We are a company with equal rights for men and women. I am a woman myself, and everyone can see that the men and women in the company are very even. It's the company's responsibility to ensure our workplaces are safe. At T&T, we ‘Work-life Happy’ and have zero tolerance for sexual harassment!
