為顧客,挺身而出


順應顧客的需求,WS 店二月底開始推出了 Click & Collect 的服務。新的業務,一切從零開始,可謂困難重重。然而,困難面前,我們收銀部的 Anson 以及廚食部的 Mandy 挺身而出,迎難而上。


雖然 Anson 和 Mandy 對於 Click & Collect 的工作知之甚少,但是他們樂於學習,從用電腦收取顧客訂單、確認等等,一步步堅持下來。本超市的貨品眾多,為了提供更好的顧客服務,Anson 和 Mandy 經常滿場飛,挑揀客人下單的商品;遇到問題及時與顧客或者相關部門商討;最後出單、包裝、送貨,一條龍服務直到顧客滿意。



Anson 和 Mandy 來自不同的部門、不相關的專業,卻擔上了網購及網上群組的工作。他們【互助合作】,完全【不本位主義】,以顧客及公司最有利的角度解決問題。他們真是勇於進取有擔當。

跨部門培訓人力共享計劃進行


親愛的夥伴們,跨部門培訓人力共享計劃已經如火如荼的開展了!也許你還在猶豫,可有人已經行動了。看看已經行動的他們做的怎麽樣了?

  • 他是麵包部的員工,想去收銀部學習更多技能。於是,他向自己的主管申請,並通過了收銀部主管的面試。他正在接受跨部門培訓,很快就可以在收銀部支援工作。收銀服務將收穫一個小能手了;

  • 這個冷品部的年輕人,他對新成立的電商部有興趣。通過基本培訓,已經可以去電商部支援工作,過把電商癮了;

  • 還有廚食部的員工,他們對於雜貨部和肉食部有興趣,有意願要學習學習兩個部門的工作技能。一切順利的話,他們可以在其中一個部門需要時支援工作。他們有望成爲全能型員工!

愛護我們的同事,請杜絕網絡欺凌

相信大家對網絡欺凌這個詞都不陌生,但或許都以爲網絡欺凌離我們很遠。其實不然,隨著微博微信等社交平臺的普及,我們身邊也有越來越多真實的網絡欺凌事件。人們藉助網絡的開放性發表不當的言論,用文字、語音或圖片影像的形式,對他人進行人身攻擊,或者發表一些歧視性的言論。這些不僅對他人造成了嚴重的心理傷害,侵犯了當事人的合法權益,同時也在社群裏產生不良影響。


最貼近現實的例子,也已經發生在我們中間。一家分店的同事在部門工作的微信群組中,使用侮辱性語言發表了對另一名同事有人身攻擊性的言論。只因懷疑對方在早班時,沒有做好份内工作,給晚班帶來麻煩。本是小事,但這名同事選擇了最錯誤的方式,既傷害了別人,在工作群組内造成不好影響,自己也受到了公司處分。對於自己的不當言論,該同事最終表示非常後悔,並在工作群組中進行了公開道歉。


網絡欺凌的危害已經不需多説,別讓自己的言論成爲壓垮別人的最後一根稻草。

Stand Up for the Customers

To accommodate the need of customers, Warden & Steeles store launched the “Click & Collect” services in late February. The new business model was a new challenge that everything started from scratch. In the meantime, Anson from the Cashier Dept and Mandy from the Kitchen Deli Dept stood up and faced the challenges.


Although Anson and Mandy have very limited knowledge about the “Click and Collect”, they were willing to learn such as how to receive and confirm orders through computer etc... Since our store has a wide variety of products, Anson and Mandy always run around the store to get what the customers ordered and discuss with other departments until the products got packed and delivered in order to satisfy our customers.



Anson and Mandy are from different departments, but they are willing to perform the fulfillment duties. They are “Helping One Another” and not being self-centered, they put the company and our customers in priority and do their very best.

Join Cross Department Training and Manpower Sharing Program for Win-Win


Dear follows, the Cross Department Training and Manpower Sharing Program has been started! Maybe you are still hesitating, while some have joined the program, let’s see how they are doing.

  • He is a staff of the Bakery Dept and he wants to learn new skills from the Cashier Dept. Then he applied through his department head and passed the interview with the cashier department head. Now, he is under the cross-department training and will be supporting the Cashier Dept duties in a short time.

  • The young man from Dairy & Frozen Dept is interested in the Fulfillment Dept. After some basic training, he is now supporting the Fulfillment Dept.

  • The Kitchen Deli colleagues who are interested in Grocery and Meat Dept, now get a chance to learn the skills. If everything goes smoothly, they can be supporting either one of the depts. soon and become an all rounded staff.

Care for Our Colleagues, anti-Cyberbully


“Cyberbullying” is not a new vocabulary, but we might think it is something irrelated to us. In fact, after the use of social media go viral, cyberbullying is happening around us. While the internet is being more widely used, some are making inappropriate comments through words, audio, graphics, or even using racism language to others. This is not only harming other people psychologically, but also violating their rights and bringing negative impacts to the community.

A realistic example has just happened among us. A colleague used insulting language to attack another colleague through the work WeChat group. The reason is because she suspected that the other party did not do her job well during the morning shift, causing hassles to the evening shift. In fact, it was a small issue, but this colleague used the wrong way, which hurt others and created a bad impact to the team. She also got a discipline in response to the inappropriate language. That colleague felt regret and made an official apology in the group chat.


We all know the harm caused by cyberbullying, please do not let your language be the last drop makes the cup run over.
