勤奮與關心,造就團隊和諧


隨著時光飛逝,MG店已經六歲了。疫情來襲時,當同事們兢兢業業地堅守崗位時,一個嶄新的部門:電商部成立了!下班時,總會聽到副主管Cathy鏗鏘有力且溫暖人心的一句:「開開心心上班來,平平安安回家去,感恩有您,明天加油!」


Cathy加入電商部時,一切對她都是陌生的。她承擔起部門大小事務,一路堅持不懈地努力學習,除了拓展業務,同時學習管控成本,精準高效地按時完成全部訂單。她又鼓勵同仁挑戰自己、勇敢嘗試,主動為同仁尋找發光發熱的機會。

除了不畏艱辛地帶領團隊勇往直前,Cathy以人為本的做事態度,為同仁搭建了雙向溝通的橋樑,讓同仁暢所欲言地分享工作中的喜悅與收穫。她也鼓勵每位同仁參加跨部門學習,合力緩解各部門人手短缺的問題。可見她不只重視電商部的團隊和諧,還關心到MG店整個團隊的運作。


Cathy秉承著大統華勇於承擔、互助合作的精神,不僅提高電商部的業績,同時也為同仁打造了一個溫馨且歡快的港灣。Cathy,MG分店有妳,真好!

KW店的快樂泉源 — Nancy


原來是KW店Cashier的Nancy,因為熱情開朗,服務顧客熱心週到,被分店提升為Local Communication Supervisor (LCS)。


Nancy 堅信,生活中不缺機會,我們只需在機會面前有重新歸零的勇氣,向自己的目標邁進。於是,她從一開始對這個新崗位懵懵懂懂,經過不斷加強學習,現在已變得自信從容,與每個部門有良好且有效的溝通。


她對自己非常嚴格,要求自己精準完成工作。她製作的社交平台銷售視頻總能抓住重點,在微信群舉辦的銷售活動中總能抓住最佳時機,不單為公司帶來最大的效益,還多次受到客人好評。想客人之所想,急客人之所急,她永遠耐心細緻地解答客人的問題,主動幫助客人解決困難,是個貼心的好幫手。

她常常謙虛溫和地表示,感恩T&T給予機會,所以不敢懈怠。事實上,除了本職工作,當她知道分店 SA (Store Admin) 休長病假時,還無私地承擔起大部分 SA 的工作,讓同事可以安心養病。即使要承擔額外的工作,她還是樂觀地說:「感恩生活所賦予我的一切,要懂得分享和付出,才能更加快樂!」


她樂觀的心態、對團隊的無私付出,讓她早已成為我們店裡的一道彩虹,是我們的快樂源泉!

一切以誠信為先


很遺憾地必須要在這裏跟大家分享,最近公司發生的違反誠信個案呈上升趨勢,僅僅在五月,在西岸已經有8名同事因爲誠信問題而被解雇。


這些違反誠信的事件,包括偷竊、僞造文書、欺騙作假及惡意違規陷害他人等,讓人感到難過、遺憾和疑惑。一些事件甚至前所未有,令人感到不可思議。偷竊案件中,多個部門的商品無一倖免,連員工休息室的公共財物也被偷竊者收入囊中。有的同事明目張膽地拿取不同商品後,直接放到自己車上;有的同事偷偷摸摸先把東西藏好,下班時沒付款就離開分店;有的同事拿了廚食部的商品不付錢,吃了再說;有的同事費盡心思,就是為了把肉藏在米飯中帶走;有的同事明知嚴重違反規定,還是做出危害他人的行為。


一失足成千古恨,儘管有人在離開時留下了悔恨的眼淚,但是世上沒有後悔藥,每個人都要為自己的錯誤付出代價。「誠實正直」是公司十大天條之首,公司對於違反誠信的事件一向抱持零容忍的態度,而且按照業界的一貫做法,公司絕對會保留報警的權利。


失去誠信,可能會讓你失去一切﹗希望每個人都引以為戒,不要因爲一時糊塗而犯下大錯。

Diligence and care create team harmony


In the blink of an eye, MG store is already six years old. E-Commerce Department was established as a new department during the pandemic! At the end of the day, we would always hear the Assistant Department Head Cathy say heartwarmingly, “Work happily and get home safely! It’s grateful to have you. Let’s keep it up tomorrow!”


When Cathy first joined the Department, everything was new to her. She kept learning and took on all matters in the department. Besides expanding the business, she learned to manage costs, and could complete all orders efficiently. She also encouraged colleagues to accept challenges and be brave, and even find opportunities for them to shine.

Cathy’s hardworking and people-oriented attitude has helped her establish a two-way communication with her colleagues, who will often share their joy at work. She encourages cross-departmental training to alleviate staffing shortages across all departments. We can see that she values the harmonious in her department as well as the entire store.


Upholding T&T’s culture of “be accountable” and “help on another”, Cathy not only improved the sales performance of the department, but has also created a warm and joyful workplace for all. MG store is lucky to have you, Cathy!

Nancy: Our source of happiness at KW Store


Nancy, a cashier with a cheerful personality and great customer service skills at KW store, was promoted to Local Communication Supervisor (LCS).


Nancy believes that there is no shortage of opportunities in life. All we need is the courage to reset and keep moving towards your goal. She knew nothing about this new position at first, but she kept learning. Now she is confident and able to communicate with each department effectively.


She is extremely strict with herself to ensure all jobs are done properly. The social media sales videos she produced are always on point and delivered at the best timing in WeChat sales events - reaping benefits for the company, and often receiving customers’ praise. Nancy always puts herself in customers’ shoes that she answered each question patiently and took the initiative to resolve their concerns.

She often humbly thanks T&T for the opportunity and dare not to slack off. When the store admin had to take an extended sick leave, she selflessly took on most of her duties to let her rest with no worries. Despite the extra work, she still optimistically said, “I am grateful for everything. sharing and giving could make us even happier!”


Her optimism and her selfless dedication have made her the source of our happiness!

Putting integrity first


We are sorry to share that integrity violations have been on the rise within the company. Just in May, eight colleagues in western region have already been fired due to integrity issues.


These integrity violations, include theft, document forgery, deceit and fraud, and malicious framing of others, have left us feeling sad, regretful and confused. Some of these incidents are unprecedented and incomprehensible. The theft cases involved products across several departments. Even public property in lunchroom was stolen. Some colleagues blatantly took and put various products into their own cars; Some hid products and took them without paying after work; Some ate food from Kitchen Department without paying; Some went as far as hiding meat in rice to take it out of the store; Someone even knowingly committed a serious violation and still harm to others.


“One grave error can lead to a lifetime of remorse.” Despite shedding tears when they left the company, everyone must suffer the consequences of their own actions. Upholding Integrity is the first out of T&T’s 10 iron rules. T&T has always maintained a zero-tolerance policy regarding any integrity violations, and in accordance with the industry’s common practice, will reserve the right to call the police.


Losing your integrity may cost you everything. We hope all of you will take this as a cautionary tale. Don’t make this mistake due to a momentary lapse of judgement.
