CL店門面擔當 - Tony的故事


當顧客在繁忙的週末走進CL店時,迎面而來的往往是我們的門面擔當——雜務助理Tony。作為基層員工,Tony不僅盡責地完成本職工作,更一直勇於扛起更多的擔子,積極保護公司的財產和利益。


日常工作中,每當Tony發現有可疑的顧客或者有疑似偷竊行為時,便會立刻通報分店保安。他多次協助分店將尚未付款的商品收回,減少店裡損失。開店近一年以來,Tony為分店收回的未付款商品價值已累計過千元。

另外,Tony 將分店安全及利益放在第一位的態度,還能從分店漏水事件中體現出來。在2021年9月,店鋪樓層的上方因為處理火警而導致嚴重漏水,他第一時間托起垃圾桶衝到漏水的地方接水,避免顧客及員工滑倒,同時也避免了商品受損。


Tony 這種臨危不亂、見義勇為、全心維護公司利益、不計較個人得失的行為,實在值得高度表揚。他不僅是部門的得力助手,更是CL店的最佳門面擔當!

有話好好説


最近在不同的分店,均發生了員工吵架的事件,更糟糕的是,有吵架的員工因爲情緒激動,還順手拿起手中正在使用的工具,對著其他同事揮舞、甚至追逐。這些事件中的工具,有麵包夾、塑料片、還有刀具,這些本該在工作崗位中發揮功能的用具,竟因為失去理智的員工而不幸被變成恐嚇別人的「凶器」,讓其他同事感到擔憂害怕,並感覺受到威脅。


雖然這些「凶器」在事件中最後都沒有真正傷害到其他同事,但是別忘了,我們的「工作場所歧視、暴力、欺凌及騷擾」政策中明確説明,「暴力」 指對他人進行具有攻擊性的身體傷害行爲,或任何恐嚇或企圖進行身體攻擊的行爲。我們不容忍一切暴力行爲,因此,無論有意或無意,相關同事的行爲都屬於暴力,都需要為自己的錯誤付出代價。


其實這些糾紛的起源都是很小的事,甚至只是一個玩笑,但是代價卻很大。我們的工作場所有很多工具,比如刀具。請大家任何時候都不要失去理智,與同事溝通時,放下手裏的工具,有話好好説。如果遇到確實不能解決的矛盾,請儘快找上級主管協助處理。切記互助合作,凡事先從別人的立場想一想,忍住火氣,不要在工作場所「舞刀弄棍」,釀成大錯。

Tony: The face of our CL store

Whenever a customer enters the CL store during a busy time on the weekend, Tony, our general assistant is always the one rushing over to greet them. As an entry level employee, Tony not only completes all the responsibilities of his role, but also strives to take on more work and actively takes it upon himself to protect the company's property and interests.


In his daily work, whenever Tony comes across any suspicious customers or suspected thefts, he will immediately alert security. He has successfully helped the store recover unpaid merchandise many times over, helping to reduce the store's losses. Since the store opened nearly a year ago, the amount of unpaid merchandise Tony has helped recover has accumulated to over $1,000.

A water leak at the store further reflected Tony's priorities. Back in September 2021, there was a serious water leak caused by the fire alarm at the store. He immediately grabbed a garbage can and rushed to the source of the leakage to prevent customers and employees from slipping, as well as to avoid damage to the merchandise.


Tony's courageous actions to protect the company's interests while disregarding personal gains and losses are highly commendable. He is not only very capable in his job as the general assistant, but is also the face of our CL store!

Always remain calm and talk things out


A number of incidents involving conflicts between employees have recently occurred at different stores. To make matters worse, some employees picked up tools in their work area, waved it at another employee, and even chased them around. The tools in these incidents include bread tongs, plastic sheets, and knives. These tools, which are meant to help with your roles, ultimately became "weapons" because of irrational employees, causing other employees to feel scared and threatened in the workplace.


Although these "weapons" did not cause physical harm in any of these incidents, it is important not to forget that our company's "Workplace Discrimination, Violence, Bullying and Harassment" policy clearly states that violence refers to the threatened, attempted or actual conduct of a person that causes or is likely to cause physical injury or harm to others. We will not tolerate any violent behaviour, and whether intentional or unintentional, these employees' actions in these incidents are all considered violent, and they will have to accept the consequences of their actions.


Though most of these conflicts were sparked by relatively minor issues - some even started off because of a joke - yet the consequences are severe. We have knives and many other tools in our workplace. We ask that employees remain calm at all times. Talk things out calmly with your colleagues, and always remember to put down any tools in hand. If there is any conflict that cannot be resolved, please seek help from management as soon as possible. It is important to look at the situation from the other person's point of view, stay calm, and never wave around any tools in the workplace to prevent any irreversible mistakes.
